Braised pork belly cubes on a bed of Japanese rice in honey soy sauce, topped with cabbage, pickled ginger, soft-boiled egg and Japanese mayonnaise for a creamy touch. Served in a hot-stone pot.
WHAT THEY'RE SAYING ABOUT US
Visit the nearest Yabu branch to indulge in these 2 meaty dishes! Oishii!!!
As if their menu couldn't possibly get any better, Yabu has introduced another set of dishes that's sure to flare up your taste buds and satisfy your deepest cravings. This time the restaurant puts the spotlight on pork, also known as Buta in Japanese, and you're gonna want to try them the next time you find yourself at the restaurant.
I love Yabu for a handful of reasons–They have excellent customer service; Food is affordable; and they continue to innovate and deliver something new and delicious for its customers.
I'm not sure how much you like Yabu, but if you do, it's not new when you get to see something different popping up on their menu. This time, rice takes the stage as they introduced two new dishes just a few weeks ago - the Buta Kakuni Don and the Buta Korokke.
To further spice up and add some variety in your dining experience, Yabu found inspiration to innovate two new dishes just for us foodies! Thankfully, I was given the privilege to give them a try, so let me share with you how the experience was.
